Dishwasher / Bus boy

We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable dishwasher to join our team at Aureya's LLC. As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are washed and sanitized in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils by hand or using a dishwasher
• Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Remove and dispose of trash and recycling
• Sweep and mop floors in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with the preparation and cooking of food, as needed
• Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as pots and pans, and stand for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
