Cashier / Server

We are currently seeking a friendly and efficient cashier to join our team at Aureya's LLC. As a cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them to their tables
• Take orders and handle transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Answer guests' questions about our menu and specials
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that guests' needs and requests are met promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Assist with seating and bussing tables, as needed
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are accurate and timely
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and food handling procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Comfortable working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
